Street Smash Burgers is seeking a seasoned Construction/Fit-out Project Manager based in Milan to lead every new street opening in Italy. You will manage budgets, coordinate permits, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams from lease signing to handover to Operations.
You will run several fit-out projects in parallel, negotiate with contractors, and track CAPEX, ensuring timely openings with compliant, high-quality builds.
