- Ensuresthattheguestispresentedwiththecorrectorderandthatalldrinksarepreparedandservedasagreedinthestandardoperatingprocedures.
- Maintainsacompleteknowledgeofcocktails,beveragesandwinestoadvisetheguestsandcolleagueswhennecessary.
- CollectsmoneyfordrinksservedandprocessfinancialtransactionsaccordingtoJumeirahcashieringprocedures.
- EnsuresthatallstockisestablishedasperparlevelsandstoredaccordingtotheFoodHygieneStandards.
- Undertakesopening,closing&cleaningtasksasdetailedonchecklists.;
- Maintainsaccurateandup-to-datetemperaturerecordsforallfridgeunitswithinthebarwhilstonduty.
