Join a growing B2B SaaS sales organization and take ownership of the full sales cycle across the European market.
You'll independently build pipeline through outbound prospecting while also converting inbound opportunities into new business.
From discovery and tailored product demonstrations to negotiation and closing, you'll be responsible for driving deals from start to finish.
The role requires strong commercial judgment, confident communication, and the ability to handle objections effectively in live sales conversations.
You'll have the autonomy to develop your own prospecting approach while collaborating with a distributed sales team to share successful strategies.
Success will be measured through consistent quota achievement, pipeline generation, and your ability to turn customer needs into compelling business outcomes.

Accountabilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle independently, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting campaigns and consistent business development activity.
- Manage and convert inbound leads, assessing opportunities and moving qualified prospects efficiently through the sales process.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, business challenges, buying processes, and decision criteria.
- Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations, clearly communicating the value of the solution based on each prospect's industry and specific requirements.
- Handle objections confidently and adapt sales messaging in real time to address customer concerns and move opportunities forward.
