POSITION PURPOSE The Senior Developer designs, develops, and maintains scalable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform ecosystem. This position leads technical design and hands-on development while collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver effective CRM solutions that support business needs. Leads, collaborates and demonstrates the lean principles and utilizes the lean methodologies and tools to facilitate continuous process improvements and value creation for our customers, employees and shareholders. Actively utilizes lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3, etc.) to inform and assess business opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Lead and participate in Kaizen and value stream mapping activities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop,
and configure custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript web resources. * Build and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, including custom PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls. * Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party/internal systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management), Dataverse APIs, and Web APIs. * Lead technical design sessions, produce technical specifications, and translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Manage solution architecture across environments (dev, test, UAT, production) including ALM using Azure DevOps pipelines and solution packaging. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, data, and integration issues. * Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and QA to ensure solutio
