Following a successful buy-and-build strategy, the company is entering a new phase of integration, process optimization, and accelerated growth. Job Description * Lead the Group Finance function, overseeing Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Financial Reporting and Financial Planning activities. * Coordinate and integrate the finance and administration teams across the Group's various entities, contributing to the development of a centralized and scalable operating model aligned with the Group's growth objectives. * Support management and shareholders in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis, business insights and performance monitoring tools aimed at driving value creation. * Act as the primary financial counterpart to the Board of Directors, investors, financial institutions, auditors and external advisors.
* Play an active role in future M&A; transactions, coordinating due diligence, execution and post-acquisition integration activities while supporting the identification and delivery of synergies outlined in the business plan. * Support and coordinate the integration of acquired companies, ensuring the progressive harmonization of processes, procedures, control systems and governance models. * Support and coordinate the onboarding and integration of new resources joining through add-on acquisitions, ensuring business continuity, retention of key talent and the progressive standardization of finance and administrative processes across the Group. * Lead the development and evolution of the Finance function through the implementation of processes, procedures and managerial tools appropriate to the Group's complexity and growth ambitions. * Oversee the entire management control process, ensuring the implement
