Service Sales Engineer (Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige e Friuli-Venezia Giulia) In this role,
you are primarily responsible for delivering on our business strategy by developing long-term customer relationships with building owners and strengthening our existing customer base with a focus on providing customers a total solution for the most energy efficient buildings. You will bring your passion for solving problems, creating customervalue,and building relationships to make an impact. Area of responsibility will be Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige e Friuli-Venezia Giulia) Responsibilities: Customer & order acquisition for service products Identify sales opportunitieswith existing and new customers, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level Timely tracking and reporting of opportunities in Trane's customer database Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract
