Through three rotations, including one international and market exposure, you will tackle challenges that matter, work alongside people who expect you to contribute, question, and move things forward. The Excellerate track is designed to develop future leaders who are motivated by performance, pace, and commercial impact. Your journey within the Early Career Program will start as a People Business Partner Italy at EMEA People Function What you will do We are looking for a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating people priorities into practical actions that support business performance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners closely with leaders and People colleagues to drive change, build future-ready capabilities, and enable evidence-based people decisions.
