Key Responsibilities * Assess product manufacturability and provide early manufacturing input to R&D; and product-development teams. * Define, develop and improve manufacturing processes, process flows, layouts, workstations and material-handling concepts. * Specify requirements for production machinery, equipment, tooling, fixtures and jigs; coordinate technical evaluation, design review, procurement, installation and acceptance as assigned. * Lead or support industrialisation and new-product introduction, ensuring process, equipment, tooling, documentation, capacity, quality and operator readiness. * Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, standard work, control inputs and other manufacturing documentation. *
