Join Cross Border Talents as a Freelance Recruiter and work with a global network of professionals across multiple markets. In this role, you will manage recruitment projects end-to-end, connecting clients with suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process. Key Responsibilities * Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels * Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements * Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage * Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity, allowing you to manage your workload independently.
