For our Performance Chemicals Market, based in Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN), we are looking for a:
Sales Manager South Europe, Middle East & Africa
Main Accountabilities:
Develops and executes the sales strategy for the Home Care, Personal Care and Industrial markets across the South Europe region, including Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Malta.
Works with the Regional Sales Manager – South Europe, Middle East & Africa to align the strategy with business priorities and deliver agreed targets.
Owns sales performance and, where directly influenced by the role, gross profit performance across the product portfolio in the South Europe region.
Monitors results, takes timely corrective action and identifies opportunities for profitable business development.
Manages resources and sales activities across the allocated customer portfolio, ensuring a minimum of 100 in-person customer meetings each year.




Uses the CRM platform effectively to plan and manage customer meetings, maintain timely and accurate call reports, and actively manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Supports the Demand Planning team by maintaining an accurate rolling 24-month sales forecast, refreshed at least monthly to reflect current customer demand, opportunities and market developments.
Coordinates the effective flow of customer technical service requests and captures relevant market intelligence on products, customer requirements and competitor activity.
Identifies and prioritises attractive new customers, converting opportunities into profitable sales in line with the EMEA growth strategy for the Home Care, Personal Care and Industrial markets.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing customers to retain business and develop sustainable, profitable revenue streams.
