By connecting Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will drive technical decisions that create measurable business value and accelerate industrial performance.
Your Responsibilities
You will drive end-to-end industrialization and value engineering programs, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation and results realization.
You will challenge existing product architectures and design choices, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, modularization, and cost optimization.
You will influence product development activities, embedding manufacturability, testability, serviceability, and scalability into engineering decisions from the earliest stages.
You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality,
and Supply Chain to align stakeholders around common objectives and technical trade-offs.
You will quantify engineering alternatives, translating technical decisions into clear impacts on product cost, CAPEX, quality, capacity, lead times, and overall business performance.
You will identify value creation opportunities across product specifications, materials, manufacturing processes, supplier strategies, and make-versus-buy decisions.
You will simplify industrial and manufacturing architectures, reducing complexity, product variants, interfaces, and operational inefficiencies.
You will communicate complex technical challenges in a clear and structured way, enabling effective decision-making at both operational and leadership levels.
Your Background
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
