Shape brand strategy with the team lead and identify market segments and messaging for launches
Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for assigned products
Coordinate with external communications review committee for customer-facing materials
Generate and consolidate insights from market research and stakeholder input
Foster cross-functional partnerships to achieve business goals
Establish metrics to assess tactic impact in the field
Lead and manage agency partners to ensure on-budget, timely deliverables
Act as advisor/coach to mentoring team members
Direct experience with communications review committee processes
Ability to translate insights into business opportunities
Strong analytical mindset for solving complex problems
Proven capability to develop strategy and monitor performance
Knowledge of market forecasts and drivers of revenue
Proficiency with MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related field
