About the Role
The Group Cycle Instructor delivers high-quality cycle classes to members, leading engaging and dynamic sessions and adapting to all fitness levels and abilities.
The role is part of a premium health and wellness group where team members act as ambassadors for the business.
The instructor supports and inspires members to achieve their goals and helps create a thriving and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality cycle classes to members.
Lead engaging and dynamic classes.
Adapt classes to all fitness levels and abilities.
Support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
Act as an ambassador for the business.
Help create a thriving and inclusive culture.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Hold a relevant Cycling/Indoor Cycling qualification issued by a Sports Federation or a Sports Promotion Body recognised by CONI and/or a degree in Sports Science.




Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
Have a passion for health and fitness.
Be able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
Have overall great communication and interaction skills.
Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
Have a passion for customer service.
