To strengthen the Finance team, we have been retained to recruit a: Senior Controller The role sits within Finance and works closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D;, with a direct impact on cost control, budgeting discipline and the reliability of management reporting. The successful candidate will partner with key internal stakeholders across the plant/operations organization and, when required, interact with external counterparts involved in stock audits and verification activities. Key responsibilities: * Monitor annual cost targets and key performance indicators for R&D;, supply chain and manufacturing * Perform monthly variance analysis,
including losses and allocation/absorption rates * Track financial and operational indicators and provide actionable insights to the business * Support the preparation of the plant's annual budget and cost assumptions * Prepare monthly forecasts and monitor budget execution versus actuals * Participate in stock audits and support inventory verification activities * Analyse obsolete/slow-moving materials and related financial impact * Monitor the lifecycle of assets and molds and assess implications on costs * Prepare monthly cost reports and support month-end close and financial statement preparation * Ensure consistency between warehouse accounts and physical inventory * Develop, update and maintain Power BI dashboards; manage data processing and analysis to support decision-making * Take part in cost/expense review meetings and contribute to identifying optimization opportunities Requirements: * Proven experience in Cost Accounting / Budgeting / Controlling / Finance within an industrial/manufacturing environment * Advanced proficiency in Excel *
