Mission As Hydraulic engineer your is to support the further development of our product range, supporting feasibility studies of new projects and following prototype’s development. The Role * Hydraulic design: Design components and new machines and maintenance of legacy products. * Perform CFD and FEM simulations * 2D and 3D CAD design of components, assemblies and layouts * Support labo during the development and test of the prototypes and follow the qualification tests. * Create the BOM * Support Purchasing team during sourcing phase * Support Production during the start-up phase of serial production * Create all documents requested by the project – Layouts, 2D/3D for spare parts and mauals, librairies for the configuration system * Check and document the product compliance with current regulations.
* Cooperating with T&I; and engineering departments and their Project Leaders * Cooperating with ALL other Local Corporate departments and their Project Leaders for the activities related to the project development during the different phases What We Expect From Our Candidates * Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering or similar * Specialization in hydraulic engineering is a plus * Experience in manufacturing company (at least 2 years) * Experience in designing, castings and machining (at least 2 years) * Use of CFX simulation software for manufacturing products (at least 2 years) * Use of CAD and Solidworks for manufacturing products (at least 2 years) * Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills * Strong attention to details and data analysis skills * Proactive and able to successfully work in team * Good command of Microsoft 365 applications and AI technologies * Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems * Available for national and international travel * Fluent in Italian and good command of English is essential (bot
