Lexroom
Lexroom is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom. We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome. Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product. Why Lexroom.ai? * Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe. * Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition. * Deliver Meaningful Results: Your work will directly influence how legal professionals operate—faster, clearer, and more efficiently. At Lexroom.ai, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world. The role You will own the website experience, from design in Figma to publishing in Webflow.
The core of the role is UX design: understanding the user, structuring the page and building a scalable design system. You will also work on implementation and on the continuous optimization of conversion. What you will do * Design high-converting landing pages for paid traffic, focused on a specific feature or profession, for desktop and mobile. * Define the website structure and new sections (for example resources pages), improving usability and speed. * Own the design workflow in Figma end to end: scalable components with auto-layout, brand tokens and variables, usage documentation. The library must stay aligned with the live website. * Build and publish pages and components directly in the CMS (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects. * Implement custom solutions and automations with HTML, CSS and JS, and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM). * Identify UX and conversion friction point
