For an international company operating in the medical device components and single-use solutions sector, we are looking for a
Sales Manager - Medical OEM Components & Business Development.
Reporting directly to the EU General Manager, the selected candidate will play a key role in driving commercial growth across Italy and international markets, combining the management of existing customers with a strong focus on new business development.
The position offers the opportunity to build strategic relationships with medical device manufacturers and contribute directly to the company's international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales activities across the assigned territory, managing both existing accounts and new business opportunities.
Identify, target and develop new OEM customers and strategic accounts within the medical device industry.
Proactively generate new business, identify market opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
Manage commercial negotiations,



develop tailored solutions and build long?term customer partnerships.
Work closely with customers' Engineering, R&D;, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.
Develop existing accounts by identifying opportunities for cross?selling, new projects and long?term partnerships.
Support the company's international growth strategy by exploring new markets and expanding relationships with key customers.
Coordinate and support the day?to?day activities of two international Account Managers.
Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business administration, or a relevant field and has a minimum of 5 / 7 years of proven experience in the same role.
