Shape the future of hospitality – Join us as Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in Milan How you’ll be hosting with heart:
- You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
- Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Milan.
- Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.
- Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.
- Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.
What you need to shoot for the stars:
- You have completed professional training in a technical profession (ie: electrician)
or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry.
- You are structured and always put theory into practice.
- You are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area.
- You have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent.
- You have a valid car driving licence and speak Italian and English.
