We are seeking an organized and client-focused Reservation Planning Coordinator to assist with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing important details throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
- Assist with planning and coordinating reservations
- Review availability and reservation details
- Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information
- Assist with modifications and special requests
- Maintain accurate client and reservation records
- Follow up on pending requests and outstanding information
- Coordinate with service providers when necessary
- Ensure reservation details are organized and accurate
- Provide professional client support throughout the process
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Customer-focused and professional
- Comfortable conducting online research
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Comfortable using email and web-based platforms
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
