About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Enginee r to work closely with our enterprise customers and help them unlock the full value of Akamas solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Success or Solutions Engineer looking for a new technical challenge, or a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer interested in moving towards a more customer-facing role with a stronger focus on business impact.
What you will do
- Guide customers through onboarding and platform adoption, ensuring a smooth start and long-term success.
- Deliver workshops, product training, and enablement sessions to help customers understand and use Akamas effectively.
- Help customers identify the right use cases, define objectives,
and adopt best practices to maximize the value of our platform.
- Monitor customer progress, measure outcomes, and communicate results through regular business reviews.
- Coordinate support requests and technical escalations, working with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
- Lead customer adoption initiatives and projects, ensuring progress towards agreed goals.
- Build strong relationships with customer engineering and development teams, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to improve Akamas.
- Share best practices, customer success stories, and lessons learned internally and at industry events and conferences.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in either technical customer-facing roles (e.g. Customer Success Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Account Manager) or hands-
