In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order processing, supporting internal teams and customers throughout the order lifecycle. You will collaborate across multiple functions to facilitate contract review activities, manage order modifications, and help ensure orders are released efficiently for production. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner using company systems and established procedures.
Review and validate order information, including pricing, delivery requirements, and commercial terms.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure order accuracy before release.
Upload and manage internal work orders through designated systems to support the contract review process.
Release orders into the system upon successful completion of contract review activities.
Manage order changes and modifications requested by project teams, commercial teams, or customers while maintaining accurate records and traceability.
Coordinate requests for order updates originating from Shipping and other internal functions, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Support automated order confirmation processes by providing accurate order data and inputs.
Initiate and process advance payment requests, debit notes, and credit notes through ERP systems.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, process compliance, and customer service.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
