Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA – which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator – Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
Posizione: Brief description of the role: As Business Controller you are the analytical co-pilot of the CEO of Atlante Italia. Reporting directly to the CEO of Atlante Italia and working closely with the Group Controlling function, you support the company in turning business data into strategic decisions. You gather and interpret operational, commercial, energy, and CAPEX data, challenge assumptions, and do not just provide answers — you ask the right questions, anticipate problems, and bring analysis, scenarios, and actionable recommendations. This is not an accounting, closing, or data-entry role:



standard reporting is hygiene, kept accurate and timely, but it is not the core of the job, which is to understand the business and help the CEO steer its decisions. Value creation: You create value by turning data into decisions, not by producing numbers. You run detailed analyses of company performance and build ad hoc business cases to test new scenarios and drive higher, more sustainable profitability. You give the CEO of Atlante Italia and top management a proactive interpretation of financial and operational matters, and you help allocate capital well — which sites and investments to build, fix, or prioritise, based on their profitability and returns (IRR, payback). You design and evolve the KPIs and dashboards that steer the business, challenge business cases with independent analysis, and support pricing and partnership decisions.
