The opportunity to follow your own compass. /p h3The Role: Client Insights Analyst /h3 pWe are seeking a Client Insight Analyst to join our HQ Omnichannel Client Team in Milan. /p h3Your Impact /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liGenerate actionable client insights by analyzing CRM, retail and digital data to identify opportunities for client acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value growth. /li liDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance analyses to monitor CRM initiatives, client behavior and key business KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. /li liPartner with CRM, Retail,
Digital and Data teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and support data-driven decision making across client initiatives. /li liSupport client segmentation, audience definition and campaign measurement, evaluating performance and providing recommendations to continuously optimize client strategies. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5–7 years of experience in CRM analytics, customer intelligence, business analytics or a similar data-driven role, preferably within luxury, fashion, retail or consumer brands /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations /li liHands‑on experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Dynamics or similar), with advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
