About the Role The role involves engaging, coaching and inspiring members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-to-one or group sessions. The successful candidate will join a team whose members are ambassadors for the business and the heart of what the organisation does. The role sits within a premium health and wellness group and is focused on delivering a great quality experience to members. Key Responsibilities * Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals. * Deliver one-to-one swimming sessions. * Deliver group swimming sessions. * Act as an ambassador for the business. * Deliver a great quality experience to members. Required Experience & Qualifications * Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
* Have a passion for all things health and fitness. * Great communication and collaboration skills. * A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
