Overview In this Data Architect role, you will lead the migration from a legacy Azure SQL/SSIS setup to a modern AWS-based data platform. You'll design a real-time, scalable data foundation and data lake, enabling AI agents and advanced analytics. You'll mentor the team through cloud-native data engineering and drive alignment across international stakeholders. This is a strategic move supporting ENGIE's decarbonization and digital modernization.", Responsabilità * Design and deploy the centralized AWS data platform with real-time and timeseries capabilities * Lead migration from legacy SSIS and stored procedures to Python/AWS Glue pipelines * Design Data Lake layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
on S3 to replace traditional cubes * Define data foundation for AI agents and predictive models using SageMaker and Athena * Implement secure Hybrid Cloud data synchronization between Azure and AWS Landing Zone * Provide technical leadership and set standards for cloud-native data engineering across teams Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's degree in STEM * ≥5 years in Data Architecture/Data Engineering * Deep AWS Data Stack expertise (Glue, Lambda, Kinesis/Kafka, S3, DynamoDB, Athena) * Excellent Python and SQL for building pipelines * Experience with Event-Driven architectures and timeseries data at scale * IaC experience (Terraform or CloudFormation) * RESTful API development for data exposure * Strong communication in English * Active listening and collaboration * Problem solving and practical thinking * AWS Glue * AWS Lambda * AWS Kinesis
