As a Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead high-impact recruitment initiatives across Commercial, Operations, and Support functions, focusing on senior leadership, specialist, and business-critical appointments. You will manage complex searches from initial strategy through to successful placement, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Alongside your own recruitment portfolio, you will act as a trusted adviser and coach, helping colleagues strengthen their sourcing strategies, assessment capabilities, and stakeholder management skills. This hands-on, player-coach role combines strategic influence with practical execution in a fast-paced, international environment. You will leverage market intelligence, recruitment analytics, and innovative sourcing techniques to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Your contribution will extend beyond individual placements, helping build stronger recruitment practices and greater capability across the wider Talent Acquisition team.
Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, director-level, specialist, and business-critical positions across Commercial, Operations, and Support functions, including confidential and sensitive searches.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into clear hiring strategies, advising on role scope, candidate profiles, seniority, location, compensation, and assessment criteria.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using talent mapping, direct sourcing, market research, and personalized candidate engagement to reach high-caliber and hard-to-find talent.
