Applicable National Collective Agreement (CCNL): Public Establishments, Catering and Tourism

Working Hours: Tempo pieno

Compensation: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €25,000 to €27,000.

The final salary and contractual classification will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, level of autonomy and technical skills.

THE ROLE

Nunziatina is looking for a Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chef, supporting the preparation and execution of the daily service while ensuring compliance with the restaurant’s quality, organisational, hygiene and food safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and organising their assigned section, ensuring preparation and mise en place are completed according to the required schedule;
- Preparing and executing dishes in accordance with the recipes, portion standards and quality guidelines established by the Chef;




- Supporting the Chef with the daily organisation of the kitchen and the management of service;
- Coordinating Commis Chefs and junior team members assigned to their section, when required;
- Monitoring the quality and freshness of ingredients and ensuring their correct storage;
- Supporting stock control and promptly reporting any purchasing or replenishment requirements;
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workstation;
- Complying with and ensuring compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety standards;
- Working closely with the entire kitchen brigade to ensure a smooth, efficient and timely service;
- Contributing to waste reduction and the responsible use of ingredients;
- Consistently maintaining Nunziatina's standards for presentation, taste and overall food quality;
- Supporting the Chef in training, mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team;
