We are looking for a: Processes & Governance Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.

Responsibilities
- Define and oversee programme processes ensuring that they meet required standards.
- Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition, execution, and implementation.
- Define and administer the programme governance model,
its maturation and effectiveness.
Accountabilities
- Define and implement standardized governance processes
- Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration
- Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are clearly defined and mapped, applied configuration and change controls
- Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance
- Support continuous improvement of governance processes
- Ensure governance requirements are communicated and understood across the programme
- Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Leadership and management of the process and governance team
- Establish strategic roadmap for PM&C; operational capability
- Manage team performance and code of conduct in accordance with the company
- Develop process, procedure and work instruction strategy to support the business evolution
