To strengthen its teams in bRome /b and support activities for a Central Public Administration, HSPI is looking for a bManagement Consultant /b to join the team and provide PMO and Technical Assistance services. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting Public Administration bodies in PMO activities and project coordination, including projects managed by external suppliers /li liProviding Technical Assistance /li liMonitoring project progress, deadlines, issues and deliverables /li liMonitoring,



reporting and accounting for costs related to funded projects /li liPreparing reports and project documentation to support control and governance activities /li liLiaising with institutional and technical stakeholders to coordinate project activities /li liSupporting the Project Manager in the operational management of the project /li liParticipating in client meetings and coordination sessions /li /ul h3Technical Requirements /h3 ul liGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite /li liAbility to prepare reports and project documentation /li liGood analytical and information organization skills /li liBasic knowledge of PMO and/or project management processes in IT or Public Administration environments /li liPrevious experience in PMO, management consulting or technical assistance activities for Public Administration /li /ul h3What HSPI Offers /h3 ul liTraining and certification paths based on international standards (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001) /li liInvolvement in strategic projects within the Public Administration sector /li liProgressive autonomy and increasing responsibility for assigned tasks /li liHybrid working model /li liPermanent employment contract, CCNL Commercio, with a gross annual salary ranging from €30.000 to €37.000 /li /ul pThe po
