h3Role Description /h3 pYour role as a /p pYour role as a Business Development Representative will encompass outbound B2B calling within your assigned territory and/or market, attaining, maintaining, and growing strategic relationships with executive and senior level decision makers at some of the largest companies in the world. You will need to understand and identify customer needs and ultimately develop sales opportunities for our fortune 500 clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGenerate qualified sales opportunities in assigned companies through campaign-driven outbound calling against set KPIs /li liIdentify and nurture potential sales leads to become fully qualified opportunities ready for handover to client sales / channel partners /li liDevelop strong working relationships with client sales team /li liDevelop and maintain detailed knowledge of client’s business,
products and objectives /li liDevelop sound understanding of competitor landscape and client’s USPs /li liAcquire key intelligence of potential prospect company via telephone and research sources /li liDevelop and maintain accurate and detailed customer and prospect company information /li liMaintain an updated CRM database and a pipeline of prospects /li liContribute valuable insight to our clients in regards to campaign, data quality, leads, and other campaign qualitative factors /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMother tongue language: Spanish with C2 English /li liExperience in a tele-sales, customer service, help desk, and/or inside sales role of at least 1 year (B2B a plus) /li liDemonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets/goals, or other KPIsExperience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction and quality /li liExperience and good working knowledge of the technology/business application industries /li liGood written spoken English, able to summarize conversations accurately and unambiguously /li liExcellent communication, organizat
