and management of public procurement procedures, contracts, and administrative acts in compliance with Italian Public Procurement Law (D.Lgs. 36/2023 – Codice dei Contratti Pubblici). /p pThe role involves close collaboration with internal departments and the RUP (Responsabile Unico del Progetto), with the expectation that the candidate will assume the RUP role in the short term.
