We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment. This is a temporary position for 12 months.
/ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliManage the entire order process as the primary point of contact for customer order-related activities /liliBuild and maintain professional relationships with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, digital systems) /liliEnter new orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants to ensure on-time shipments, and resolve any issues /liliCollaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure correct invoicing, compliance with customer-specific requirements and high customer satisfaction /liliUpdate and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to other Customer Service colleagues when needed /li /ulh3QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an administrative/commercial field /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail in an international, multicultural environment /liliStrong organizational skills, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage changing priorities /liliProficiency with
