Assistant to the CMO

Your Responsibilities * Support the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes * Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and Italian * Act as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization * Prepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public events * Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions * Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are available * Take ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders * Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects,



ensuring timely execution and escalation where required Your Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field * Previous years of professional experience in executive support, project coordination, consulting or a comparable role * Good understanding of business processes, management systems, and corporate governance principles * Strong commercial awareness and business acumen * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting at all organizational levels * Excellent knowledge of English, German and Italian OUR COMMITMENT * Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team * High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility * Opportunities for advancement in a growing company * A wide range of further training opportunities * Total compensation starting from € 42.000 g
