We are seeking a Sales Support to join the team at Girbau Italy. Key Responsibilities * Manage the customer phone calls and the general email address * Filter requests regarding spare parts, technical support, potential partnerships, among others * Main contact for the customers, updating latest news, functions and features of Girbau machines * Create and mantain database of potential customers * Organize events in the country and open house events with distributors * Organize platforms training sessions to ensure the Customer Experience Education & Professional Experience * Educational background in Sales, Marketing, International Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Languages: Italian, English, and Spanish (required).
