About the Role: The F&B; Reservation Agent for In Room Dining is the voice of Four Seasons hospitality, creating exceptional dining experiences for guests in the comfort and privacy of their rooms. As the first point of contact for In Room Dining requests, you will provide personalized service, guide guests through menu selections, coordinate orders with precision, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience.
