If you are someone who enjoys finding new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, building relationships and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Identify and approach potential B2B clients across Italy Generate new leads and develop your own prospect pipeline Connect with business owners, HR managers and decision-makers Present Felipillon's recruitment and talent acquisition solutions Understand client hiring needs and communicate them to our recruitment team Negotiate commercial terms and close new client agreements Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct online and, where required,
