Purpose of the position: As Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead, you will respond to the COMMISSIONING and be part of the Energy Carriers business line. In this role you will manage a dedicated team. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: * Ensure execution of commissioning activities. Lead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, operation, training,



and handover activities in line with contractual requirements, safety, quality, budget, and schedule. * Prepare and manage commissioning plans and procedures. Develop, update, and control the commissioning execution plan, procedures, manuals, schedules, system breakdown, handover priorities, and related documentation. * Review engineering and project documentation. Verify that commissioning, operability, maintainability, start-up, and operation requirements are properly incorporated into engineering deliverables such as P&IDs;, 3D model, manuals, test run procedures, and technical documents. * Coordinate resources, vendors, subcontractors, and interfaces. Define personnel mobilization, temporary logistics, subcontractor scope of work, vendor/licensor involvement, spare parts, consumables, and interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and client teams. * Ensure HSE, quality, progress control, and handover readiness.
