Overview In this role you will build and manage relationships with restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You will use data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships, growth, and profitability for both partners and Glovo. You will own partner onboarding and tailor solutions with internal teams to meet partner needs. This is an impactful opportunity to shape our partner ecosystem, drive revenue, and enhance the overall partner experience.

Responsabilità

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance Analyze data to drive operational excellence,



growth and profitability for partners and Glovo Drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization Own partner revenue performance and track measurable growth Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customized solutions Own the partner onboarding process in the App from store setup to first days on Glovo

Requisiti fondamentali

2+ years in high-performance account management or business consultancy Problem solver, data-driven with analytical approach Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization Familiar with Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus Native Italian and English proficiency data-driven problem solving proactive Google Suite Salesforce (plus) data analysis
