Our Client is a leading international Company operating in the Industrial sector and, in order to strengthen their R&D; team , they're looking for a Tester.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing rigorous test plans, validating cash recycler devices, and ensuring high software and firmware quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional project and development teams to identify, report, and help resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Execute comprehensive test plans, including regression testing, capacity testing, and error simulation in real-world customer operational environments.
- Meticulously document test steps, execution results, and defects with accurate reproduction steps in test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Azure, TestRail).
- Validate defect resolutions and maintain high-quality standards across all software, firmware, and hardware integrations.

Problem Analysis & Issue Escalation

- Maintain a precise, analytical, and rigorous approach to highlight issues, bugs, and system anomalies early in the development lifecycle.
- Describe technical issues and edge cases with extreme clarity and precision to perform rigorous escalation to project development groups (Software/Firmware).

Technical Operations & System Integration

- Support software and firmware installations, configurations, and technical troubleshooting on cash recyclers and associated cloud/server solutions.
- Monitor cash transactions, acceptor feeds, cassette bill/coin count verifications, and POS system integrations.

Requisiti:





Required Qualifications & Characteristics (Must-Have)

- Technical Background: Educational background in technical institutes (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, or similar) or computer science-focused high schools, with working knowledge of programming languages.
- Eagerness to Learn & Curiosity: Strong drive to learn, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward continuous skills improvement.
- Precision & Analytical Mindset: Ability to work in a highly accurate, structured, and analytical manner with attention to detail.
- Problem Identification & Escalation: Strong aptitude for spotting problems and documenting them rigorously for technical escalation to SW/FW engineering teams.
- Interpersonal & Teamwork Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project stakeholders.
- Reliability & Adaptability: Respect for project schedules, timelines, and colleagues; ability to adapt working style to evolving company needs.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English to interact effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Desired Experience & Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

- Previous experience in QA testing or system configuration roles.
- Familiarity with SDLC/STLC processes and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure, TestRail).
- Ability to read log files and perform troubleshooting on complex technical issues.
- Experience with POS systems, cash management devices, or similar hardware/software integrations.
