Italy Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the offline channel sales and market entry strategy for Italy, with a strong focus on the Italian market.
- Expand and maintain key offline retail channels, including supermarkets, chain stores, electronics retailers, distributors, and other relevant partners; establish long-term合作关系.
- Coordinate with China-based teams and local market stakeholders to drive product listing, in-store display and merchandising optimization, and promotional activities.
- Collect market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback; provide recommendations for product and channel strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and increase offline brand penetration and market share in Italy.
- Manage local distributors and retail partners, negotiate commercial terms, and monitor sell-in/sell-through performance.




- Travel within Italy and Europe as needed to support channel development and key account management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Italian language proficiency is required; English is required as a working language; Chinese is not required.
- Existing resources or network in Italy’s offline retail channels, such as supermarkets, chain stores, or electronics retailers, is highly preferred.
- Experience in channel development for consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related categories in Italy or Europe.
- Able to work remotely with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and collaboration.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building retail partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €80,000.00 - €110,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
