If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and love helping people, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: * Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner at the front desk * Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software * Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries * Verify patient insurance eligibility and process co-pays and billing information * Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical charts (EMR/EHR systems) * Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and communication with insurance providers * Perform general administrative duties including filing, faxing, and managing correspondence Requirements:
