We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real-world environments — developed in Genova, Italy. /p h3Role /h3pWe are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on the company’s most strategic priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, fundraising, and execution, providing direct exposure to company-building decisions during a critical phase of growth.The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with exceptional execution skills and is comfortable leveraging modern AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow. You will support strategic initiatives, evaluate new business opportunities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help maximize the effectiveness of the CEO and leadership team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with the CEO to prepare board presentations, investor updates, fundraising materials, and other strategic communications; /li liConduct market research, competitive analysis, and business opportunity assessments using both traditional methodologies and AI-powered research tools; /li liSupport strategic planning, business development, and corporate growth initiatives; /li liDrive alignment and coordination across Hardware, AI/Software, and Commercial teams to ensure effective execution of company priorities; /li liLead special projects and cross-functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship and coordination; /li liDesign, improve, and scale internal processes, workflows,



and operating mechanisms to enhance organizational effectiveness; /li liLeverage AI tools and technologies to accelerate research, analysis, communication, and decision-making processes; /li liAct as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and manage key stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; /li li3-5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, or similarly rigorous analytical environments; /li liDemonstrated proficiency in using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent platforms as part of daily professional workflows; /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and develop actionable recommendations; /li liExperience preparing executive-level presentations and materials for boards, investors,
