h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3pAs a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer’s requests identifying root causes and managing prompter solutions to keep client’s satisfaction and provide meaningful insights to other team members to increase a proactive coverage maintenance. You will collaborate with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as DMR AM Team and DMR Tech Team providing feedback, supporting requests, etc. /ph3Missions /h3ulliManagement of fireline requests /liliGive feedback to users fixing their issues as fast as possible /liliBasic checks on media registry and documents contents /liliManagement of coverage additions /liliPropose new sources to add /liliMedia/sections creation and enrichment /liliCollaborate with DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team and DMR Tech Team to propose tech or processes initiatives to improve our customer support activities /li /ulh3ABOUT YOU /h3ulliAdvanced English. /liliAnalytical ability. /liliAutonomy. /liliGood communication skills. /liliProactive attitude. /liliAbility to switch from one task to another. /li /ulpYou’ll be a rockstar if you have some Tech knowledge /ppWe value diverse perspectives and recognize that skills and experiences can be gained in various ways. /ph3ABOUT THE DATA OPERATIONS TEAM /h3pAt Launchmetrics , our data is the backbone of our products and the core of the value we bring to our customers.
