We are looking for an experienced, passionate Operations Delivery Leader to lead our core delivery operations in Continental Europe (CE) and the Middle East, Türkiye Africa (META). /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping operational performance, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences across a diverse international region. /p pIf you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy driving continuous improvement and are passionate about developing people while delivering business results, we'd love to hear from you! /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs our Operations Delivery Leader, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to the CE META core delivery team, working closely with regional stakeholders and the wider EMEA leadership team. /p pYou will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening team capability and ensuring a consistent, efficient and client-centric approach to service delivery. /p pWith a strong focus on collaboration, performance and continuous improvement, you will help shape how we deliver value to our clients while supporting sustainable business growth. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 h3Lead and Inspire High-Performing Teams /h3 ul liProvide leadership, direction and support to the CE META Operations Delivery Managers. /li liCoach, mentor and develop teams to build capability, engagement and a high-performance culture. /li liDrive workforce planning, resource utilization and capacity management to support business priorities. /li /ul h3Drive Operational Excellence /h3 ul liLead the continuous improvement and harmonization of operational processes across the region. /li liWork collaboratively with stakeholders to develop efficient, transparent and client-focused ways of working. /li liMonitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable results.
/li liSupport the Senior Head of Operations Delivery in achieving regional business objectives. /li /ul h3Champion Client-Centric Delivery /h3 ul liEnsure operational decisions and processes consistently deliver value and positive outcomes for our clients. /li liCollaborate with compliance and technical teams to maintain effective processes and regulatory standards. /li liSupport initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention. /li /ul h3Collaborate and Enable Growth /h3 ul liPartner with regional and wider EMEA stakeholders to deliver shared business objectives. /li liStrengthen operational competency and capacity to support evolving business needs. /li liContribute to regional growth plans, resource optimization and the development of scalable delivery solutions. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liA strong background in operational leadership, ideally within assurance, certification or a related industry. /li liIn-depth knowledge of management systems auditing and certification processes. /li liLead Auditor qualification and broad technical experience. /li liProven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve outstanding performance. /li liStrong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. /li liA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge existing practices constructively. /li liExcellent planning, organizational and problem-solving capabilities. /li liThe ability to make sound decisions, manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure. /li liA genuine passion for people development, operational excellence and delivering exceptional client experiences. /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liBusiness-level English is essential. /li liAdditional European languages or Arabic would be an advantage. /li /ul h3What Will Make You Successful? /h3 pSuccess in this role will be demonstrated through strong operational performance,
