pWe are seeking bAI Trainers - Audio Speech Evaluators based in Italy /b to support an AI speech evaluation project. In this role, you will engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system across a variety of topics and scenarios. You will assess its speech and conversational performance and provide detailed feedback to help enhance the quality of AI-generated interactions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEngage in natural conversations with an AI bot for 20-30 minutes per session. /li liFollow task guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversational flow. /li liEvaluate speech quality, including tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, intonation, clarity, pacing, and overall conversational effectiveness. /li liIdentify subtle inconsistencies or issues in the AI's speech and conversational behavior. /li liProvide clear, objective,



and constructive feedback based on established evaluation guidelines. /li liComplete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. /li /ul h3Candidate Requirements /h3 ul liNative English speakers or candidates with demonstrably native-level spoken English. /li liExcellent listening, speaking, and conversational skills. /li liStrong ability to recognize nuances in pronunciation, accent, tone, pacing, and speaking style. /li liComfort with spontaneous, unscripted conversations with AI systems. /li liStrong attention to detail and the ability to provide precise, well-written feedback. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
