pThe Plant Manager is responsible for leading all operations of the Gradisca manufacturing plant, ensuring operational excellence, safe and efficient processes, strong people leadership, and continuous improvement across the site. /p h3Your Mission: /h3 ul liStrategic Leadership:Develop vision with the local leadership team provide strategic direction and operational leadership to attain company goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and drive future growth and optimization possibilities of the plant and its assets. /li liProfit Loss Management:Assume full responsibility for all profit loss drivers and the investment roadmap of a growing, mid-sized manufacturing plant, with a focus on cost control and profitability. /li liOperations Oversight:Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including safety, efficiency, productivity, continuous improvement, environment and quality assurance /li liEnsuring compliancewith relevant regulations and corporate guidelines. /li liPeople Management Development:Build and lead an experienced plant leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee engagement while ensuring diversity inclusion. /li liSales Performance: Manage and overlook sales performance of Sales team. /li liCustomer Product Portfolio Development:Develop and manage the plant's product portfolio, focusing on profitable growth and sustainability targets, while ensuring alignment with customer expectations. /li liStakeholder Management:Build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues stakeholders within the organization (Mondi Group) and external partners such as business partners and local authorities. /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. /li li8-10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong experience in operations, safety, production processes, and quality systems.
