OverviewIn this role you will design and operationalize enterprise AI/ML solutions, combining custom models with cloud and external services to deliver production-ready outcomes.
You will own the full solution lifecycle—from problem framing to scalable data pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps, ensuring high value and reliability.
You will customize DL/Gen AI models and work on edge/HPC deployments, research new AI techniques, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

ResponsabilitàFormulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions
Develop and deploy ML models and scalable data pipelines with DevOps & MLOps
Customize Deep Learning and Gen AI models for client use cases
Engage in R&D; of AI and HPC algorithms and simulations
Process large-scale datasets and optimize data preprocessing
Implement and maintain efficient storage/retrieval for models and knowledge
Justify model approaches to business problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
Requisiti fondamentaliSignificant experience deploying models in production at scale with monitoring, alerting, and auditing
Solid foundations in computer science principles (systems, architecture, programming)
Experience with distributed computing systems and cloud/large-scale environments
Experience building and deploying AI/ML software to cloud environments
Strong written and verbal communication
Client-facing consulting skills
Cross-functional collaboration
Python; python-based ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with language models and LLM APIs
Programming languages: Python, C++, Java, R, SQL
