/li /ol h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 ul liAs part of the fit-out Team and reporting to Global Fit Out Manager, the fit-out manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer fit-out projects are delivered correctly.
/li liResponsible for end-to-end monitoring of the fit-out of the customers concerned, from design, quotations, choice of suppliers, and delivery, in line with the customer's strategy, desired margins, and the quality of service expected by the customer.
/li liSupporting the customer-facing teams, the main Sales teams, in submitting and obtaining approval for projects.
/li liResponsible for monitoring the schedule and quality of service throughout the project.
/li liWorking in collaboration with the operational and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of the assignment.
/li liThe role is based in Cornaredo (MI)
Data4 Campus and will be responsible mainly for the fit-out project in Italy and potentially involved in other fit-out projects in other countries.
/li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupervision of the suppliers and contractors involved in the projects.
/li liDrawing up specifications.
/li liDrawing up a provisional schedule.
/li liAnticipating the cost of any project overruns.
/li liEnforcing the health and safety rules with suppliers.
/li liManaging suppliers' access on site.
/li liMeeting project deadlines.
/li liPreparing and holding customer meetings.
/liliGiving the customer visibility of project progress.
/li liTaking part in recurring project call meetings.
/li liEnsuring that project delivery deadlines are met.
/li liCoordinate project work with maintenance operations to avoid duplication of service activities.
/li liReport to Global Fit Out Manager the status of the projects.
/liliAvailability to travel occasionally.
/li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITIES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS /h3 pRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of: /p ul liHS: Respect and enforce health and safety rules.

/li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education and experience /h3 ul liMore than 5 years' experience in facilities and construction preferring in Data Center Industries.
/li liTechnician/engineer with experience.
/li /ul h3Technical skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of electricity, air conditioning, computer networks, safety, and security.
/li liAbility to coordinate suppliers and contractors.
/li liProject management.
/li liAbility to listen to customer needs and constraints.
/li liUse of MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
