h3Job Description /h3 pTrevi S.p.A is looking for experienced Project Managers to join major projects worldwide. Ensure the achievement and optimisation of the technical, economic and financial results established for the assigned projects, managing all technical and administrative aspects of site projects through to completion. Manage relationships with the Client, sharing all relevant information relating to the various stages of the works and building a relationship based on mutual trust and satisfaction, intervening promptly in the event of any critical issues. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with workplace Health Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements in accordance with applicable local legislation. /li liShare the objectives, procedures and activities relating to each project with the Operations /li liManager/Project Director or, in their absence, the Country Manager. /li liPrepare the project execution budget and submit it to the Operations Manager/Project /li liDirector or, in their absence, the Country Manager, together with any identified opportunities for cost improvement. /li liEnsure the correct implementation of the Project Quality and Safety Plan prepared by the Quality Manager, in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. /li liShare information relating to the various stages of the works with the Client and manage the relationship with the Client. /li liPlan and organise, in collaboration with the Site Manager and, where applicable, the Construction Manager, the staff and equipment required, ensuring their availability within the required timeframes. /li liPrepare the monthly Work Progress Statement (SAL) on the basis of the quantities completed and jointly approved with the Country Administration Manager and/or the Administration Manager assigned to the project. /li liContinuously monitor the technical, economic and financial performance of projects, defining the actions required to achieve the established objectives and maintaining good relationships with clients.



/li liEnsure the contractual management of projects and the handling and resolution of any disputes with clients and/or partners, obtaining support from the relevant Company Services where necessary, and identify and prevent potential critical situations through timely corrective actions. /li liSupport the Manager in the activities of the Function. /li /ul h3Main Hard Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. /li liKnowledge of Project Management principles and practices. /li liKnowledge of technologies and work processes used in ground improvement and foundation works. /li liKnowledge of national and international contract law. /li liKnowledge of the policies and procedures applicable to the relevant professional area. /li liKnowledge of work planning techniques/methods and activity monitoring. /li liKnowledge of the Quality Management System and the main procedures of the company Functions. /li liBudgeting skills. /li liKnowledge of applications/software used in the relevant professional area /li /ul pPeople are our starting point and our ultimate goal.
