OverviewIn this role you will work on client engagements as a consultant in the Operations Excellence Program, helping companies improve operations with rigorous problem solving.
You'll receive on-the-job coaching complemented by a structured capability-building curriculum, accelerating your development as an operational expert.
You'll rotate across Industrie-facing projects in Europe and contribute to lean manufacturing and operations excellence initiatives.

Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or quality and compliance (e.g., Six Sigma, cGMP)
Proven leadership in work or extracurricular settings
Willingness to undertake European assignments during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication in English and the local office language
